Downtown Business Retention Strategies

Description: This session will review some of the most common business retention issues arising in business districts today. Learn how to identify businesses that need retention assistance while there is time to provide meaningful help, and investigate possible retention techniques, from rent relief and theft prevention to debt restructuring and business expansion.
