This 12-page paper, written by Jim Schneider, Local Government Center, is used at the Center’s annual WisLine on Ethics & Conflicts of Interest in the Basics of Parliamentary Procedure & Open Government series, and at the Center’s spring workshops for county officials (even-numbered years) and town officials (odd-numbered years).
